St. Patrick's Day Dinner-Dance 2023
Join us to celebrate St. Patrick! The date is Saturday, March 11, 2023,
the time is 7pm to midnight, and the location is the Good Shepherd
School Auditorium, 620 Isham Street, New York NY 10034. Musical
entertainment will be provided by The Kitty Kelly Band. There will be
a corned beef
and cabbage dinner, shepherd's and cottage pie, Irish bread, and an open bar.
Tickets are $60 ($65 after March 8), and may be
purchased at the Good Shepherd Rectory, 608 Isham St., New York, NY
10034 (212-567-1300), or right
here with a $2 handling fee. Tickets purchased online can
be picked up at the door.

50th Anniversary
Celebrate With Us!

Dear Friends of the Good Shepherd Men's Club,
You are cordially invited to attend the Good Shepherd Men's Club 50th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, November 2, 2013.
The evening will commence at 5:00 p.m. with a Memorial Mass for the
deceased members of the Men's Club in the Church of the Good Shepherd
followed by a Dinner Dance in the school auditorium from 6:30 p.m. to
11:30 p.m.
Tickets are $60.00 per person which includes dinner, open
bar and music. Tickets are available for purchase at the rectory
(212-567-1300) or online at www.gsmcnyc.org.
In the fall of 1963, the Principal of Good Shepherd, Brother
Anthony Griffin, met with a number of men to discuss how they might be
able to help the Brothers transport students to various sporting events,
recreational activities and other places of interest. The ground work
was laid for an organization of men who would join together to assist
the Brothers and Sisters of Good Shepherd School fulfill their mission
to serve the children of Good Shepherd. The organization was formally
approved by the pastor Father John D. Mitchell, CSP and the first
official meeting of the Good Shepherd Men's Club was held on February
25, 1964.
We are grateful for all of the support the Club has received
over the years from parents, parishioners and friends. It was your
generosity that made it possible for the Club to support the scholastic
and extracurricular activities of all the students of Good Shepherd
School for the past fifty years.
A Commemorative Journal will be published to mark this historic
occasion. Information regarding the journal and sponsorship
opportunities is enclosed and on our website at www.gsmcnyc.org. If you
